The gym routine!

Hey guys,

Like I promised, I will now disclose my trusty gym routine that I've relied on since i started the whole hobby. Enjoy!

Day one: Chest, triceps
  • Bench press, 3 or 4 sets
  • Inclined bench press, 3 sets
  • Lateral raise w/ dumbbells 3 sets
  • Skullcrusher, 3 sets
Day Two: Back, biceps
  • Seated row, 3 or 4 sets 
  • Chin-ups, 3 sets
  • Back extension w/ weights, 3 sets
  • Bicep curl w/ barbell, 3 sets
Day three: Legs
  • Squat w/barbell, 4 sets 
  • Deadlift, 3 or 4 sets
  • The calves on a machine of your choice, 3 sets
  • Also a very good idea to stretch and cool down at this point
The sets consists of around 8 repetitions each, and the idea is to add weight, not repetitions. If you don't know what some of the terminologi means, check out http://www.exrx.net/ . That site has all the exercises with illustrated instructions. This is a somewhat common routine that I would recommend to new and experienced fitness-enthusiasts alike.

These I found particularly hilarious!
  1. Office-Item eBay Auction: When someone asks to borrow your stapler, just let them know they'll have to participate in the auction just like everyone else.
  2. Cubicle Move: While your boss is on vacation, move his or her office to a small cubicle. Then move in to his or her office.
  3. Thinking: Change your boss's normal mouse settings to busy so that he or she will sit waiting for their computer to finish its task.
 I do not recommend you trying any of these though unless you're looking at a grand severance package

Hey guys!

Just decided to open up this blog as I have decided to embark on a journey to healthier living. In this blog I will tell a bit about myself and how I aim to accomplish my goals. I haven't really set any specific targets that I'm aiming for, but intend to change my life for the better by rigorous exercise and sheer willpower. :)
