Like I promised, I will now disclose my trusty gym routine that I've relied on since i started the whole hobby. Enjoy!
Day one: Chest, triceps
- Bench press, 3 or 4 sets
- Inclined bench press, 3 sets
- Lateral raise w/ dumbbells 3 sets
- Skullcrusher, 3 sets
- Seated row, 3 or 4 sets
- Chin-ups, 3 sets
- Back extension w/ weights, 3 sets
- Bicep curl w/ barbell, 3 sets
- Squat w/barbell, 4 sets
- Deadlift, 3 or 4 sets
- The calves on a machine of your choice, 3 sets
- Also a very good idea to stretch and cool down at this point

Do you have any tips for working out without a lot of equipment? I got 2 dumbelss and running shous, thats it :P
